加温合并放射治疗恶性肿瘤的实验研究 Ⅰ.微波加温治疗大鼠移植Walker癌肉瘤256的实验研究

【摘要】 本文报告用微波(2450MHz)一次加温(44℃,35~40分钟)治疗大鼠移植Walker癌肉瘤256的结果。实验证明,加温组动物生存期较对照组长。加温组27只大鼠中有7只肿瘤完全消退。观察1 1/2~10个月,未见复发。 形态学变化,组织化学及pH值观察表明,加温后癌组织的变性坏死是一个渐进的、复杂的代谢和结构变化过程。加温后早期可见瘤组织内血管壁的Mg++-A-TP酶活性明显降低,pH值显著下降,初级溶酶体增多,线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂或消失,内质网扩张;随若时间延长,出现次级溶酶体增多、核碎裂。电镜和光镜均证实加温对癌细胞有杀伤作用。瘤体坏死以中心为重。

【Abstract】 Survival times of the rats treated by hyperthermia were longer than that of the control group. Tumors in seven of the twenty seven rats disappeared completely. Biopsies were performed five and seven months later, showed no recurrence of tumor growth.Morphological, histochemical observations and pH value studies showed that the necrosis of tumor tissue after hyperthermia is a gradual and complex process.Few hours after heating the activity of Mg++-ATP enzyme located in the wall of blood vessel in the tumor is lowed and pH value decreased sigificantly. Increase of primary lysosome, swelling of mitochondria and disappeared of their crests were found in addition to expansion of endoplastic reticula.Both microscopic and electronic microscopic investigations showed that hyperthermia induced destruction of the tumor cells. Necrosis of tumor tissue is more prominent in the central part of the tumor.
