【摘要】 本文报导了在裸鼠(BALB/cANu/NuJCLB)身上建立的人肠粘液腺癌移植瘤。所用实验动物鼠令为8～17周,兼用雌雄性,相继传代十八代。40只裸鼠全部出现了移植瘤。组织学、组织化学和超微结构检查,证明移植瘤保存了原人体肿瘤的结构与功能。染色体分析显示了人染色体的特征。在40只裸鼠移植瘤中,还出现了转移现象,二例至肺,一例至淋巴结。这项研究工作为进一步研究人类肠癌的生物学特性和开展实验治疗提供了模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Successful heterotransplantation of human mucinous adenocareinoma of the colon to nude mice (BALB/Nu/Nu/JCLB) is reported. These experiments were made on 8—17 week-old nude mice of both sexes. The tumors were passaged up to 18 generations in 40 recipients. During these passages, all the tumors retained the histological, histochemical and ultrastructural appearance of the inoculated human material. Chromosome analysis of the tumor cells revealed human karyotype. There were two metastasized to the lungs and one to lymph node. The nude mouse transplanted tumors can be used as a model for the study of tumor biology of human colon carcinoma as well as for the evaluation of therapeutic agents.更多还原
