用放射自显影观察人工龋再矿化现象
An Observation on the Remineralization of Artificial Caries by Means of Autoradiography
【摘要】 取离体牙制成人龋,用45Ca之同位素液体浸泡,在自显影照片上,均可见釉质层在不同钙化程度之区域显示出不同程度之黑色,如自然龋之黑色最深,人工龋和牙本质之黑度相似。表明钙化程度越低,渗入之钙亦越多。也说明了牙硬组织脱钙越严重,相应地会得到更多的钙。 牙釉质由羟磷灰石构成,脱钙后其本身结构发生改变,即在其晶格的某一位置上缺少钙离子,这些缺钙的磷灰石是不稳定的,当周围直接环境中如有一定量的钙,经过离子交换作用,钙离子能渗入牙硬组织之钙化较低部分。 经以上实验结果说明以含钙之再矿化液浸泡龋,也会得到再矿化之效果。
【Abstract】 Experiments on the remineralization of artificial carious enamel with radioactive isotope 45Ca are presented. 45Ca can be deposited in the demineralized area of artificial caries from outer environment. The experiments show that the density of the developed silver granules in autoradiograms clearly represents the intrusive quantity of calcium ion and the degree of demineralization.In addition, in this paper, the possibility of remineralization in human body; the relation between the degree of demineralization and that of remineralization; and the significance in the clinical work are discussed.
