原子吸收氢化法测定地面水中痕量硒

【摘要】 <正> 硒是人类与动物必需的微量元素,它是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的组成部分.硒化物可以预防动物膳食性肝坏死和白肌病.水源中含有过量硒能导致家畜发生“盲蹒跚”和“碱毒病”,并使人们肝脏脂肪变性,在工业卫生及职业病防治上日益突出.因此,在环境分析化学中对于痕量硒的测定十分重要.过去曾采用分光光度法及荧光光度法测硒,近年来,由于原子吸收光谱法得到了很大发展,特别是氢化物原子吸收光谱分析的应用,

【Abstract】 A sensitive,accurate and rapid method for the determination of selenium in the ppb range by atomic absorption spectrophotometry using hydride- generation atomizer is described,Selenium is converted into its hydride by reaction with NaBH4 in hydrochloric acid and the gaseous hydride is then introduced directly into the electrothermal quartz T-tube atomizer.The temperature used is 900±10℃and the flow rate of the carrier gas nitrogen is 1.5 1.min-1.Possible interferences from foreign cations and anions are examined and it is found that compatible quantities of these do not affect the analyses of Se.For Se in 1-20 ppb range the working curves are linear. The sensitivitiy for 1% absorption due to Se is 0.3ng.ml-1 and relative standard deviation of ten determinations is smaller than 5%.
