【摘要】 本文初步研究了痢特灵抑制大鼠胃酸分泌的机制,其结果如下:1、痢特灵对蛋白胨所引起的胃酸分泌有很强的抑制作用,对胃泌素的释放没有影响。2、痢特灵也明显地抑制组织胺、五肽胃泌素和毛果云香碱所引起的胃酸分泌。已知上述三种促泌物质系直接地作用于壁细胞,因此可推论痢特灵对胃酸分泌的抑制作用可能发生在壁细胞水平。对壁细胞的作用机制有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This work was done on rats to study the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of furazolidone on gastric secretion. The resultswere as follows: (1) The gastric secretion induced by intragastri peptǒne instillation was potently inhibited by furazolidone, but the gastrin release was not influence d.(2) The gastric secretions stimulated by histamine, pentagastrin and pilocarpine, which are known as the secretagogues acting directly upon the parietal cells, were all inhibited prominently. It is strongly suggested that the inhibitory effect of furazo!idpne might occur at the level of parietal cells. The mechanisms mediating this effect remain to be elucidated.更多还原
