【摘要】 本文报道了急性血液稀释法自家输血后病人血红蛋白的恢复情况。在其他条件基本一致的情况下,采血量多,术后血红蛋白恢复快。与完全用库血补充术中出血量的病人相比,自家输血病人虽平均每例少用库血约750毫升,而术后血红蛋白恢复速度无差别。总之,急性血液稀释法自家输血是一种安全的、能有效节省库血的好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article deals with postoperative restoration of haemoglobin concentration in patients who received hemodilution and autotransfusion cluing surgery. The results showed that the more autologous blood was collected the faster the rate of restoration of Hb concentration after operation would be. On an average, 750 ml of bank blood was saved in eaeh case of the study group as compared with that of the control group in which loss was only replaced by bank blood, and there was no significant difference in the rate of restoration of Hb concentration after operation between the two groups.
