【摘要】 本文采用放射免疫法对156例原发性高血压患者测定了AT_Ⅱ并进行了分型及治疗。结论为:1.156例中高AT_Ⅱ型42例(26.9%)、正常AT_Ⅱ型91例(58.3%),低AT_Ⅱ型23例(14.8%)。2.本组未发现AT_Ⅱ分型与年龄有显著差异,可能与本组年龄较轻有关。3.AT_Ⅱ分型与原发性高血压分期的关系,显示高AT_Ⅱ型Ⅱ、Ⅲ期较低AT_Ⅱ型明显增多,可能提示高AT_Ⅱ型病情进展快,预后差的观点。4.总结了60例原发性高血压分型治疗收到良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using radioimmunoassay we have determined AT_Ⅱ in 156 cases of essential hypertension and classified them and treated accordingly. We came tO the conclusions as follows: 1. Among 156 cases 42 (26.9%)were of high type AT_Ⅱ, 91 cases (58.3%) of normal type AT_Ⅱ and 23 cases (14.8%) of low type AT_Ⅱ. 2. There was no significant difference between the classification of AT_Ⅱ and the age incidence. That our cases were relatively younger may perhaps be the cause. 3. The relationship between classification of AT_Ⅱ and stage of essential hypertension showed that the number of 2nd and 3rd stages of high type AT_Ⅱ was greater than that of low type AT_Ⅱ. It might indicate that the condition of high type AT_Ⅱ developed fast and the prognosis was unfavorable. 4. The treatment of 60 essential hypertension cases according to the classification of AT_Ⅱ, gave good curative effects.更多还原
