【Abstract】 Immune RNA was isolated by hot phenol method from spleen of mice immunized with SRBC. Normal mouse spleen cells were incubated with the i-RNA in the concentration of 500 μg/107 spleen cells/ml at 37℃ for 20 min. After washing, and then culturing for 2-8 days in vitro. The SRBC antibody synthesizing capability of these cells was determined by Jern’s plaque hemolysis technique. The results showed that the i-RNA was able to transfer specific antibody synthesizing information in vitro.更多还原
