酚对离体鱼头呼吸中枢的影响

【摘要】 <正> 酚类物质在工业生产过程中应用范围非常广泛,它用于制造工业或作为炼焦工业、绝缘材料、油漆颜料、造纸、塑料、制药、石油工业、炼钢、纺织和木材等工业的副产品。因此,随着现代工业的发展,含酚工业废水对环境污染问题也日趋严重。包括沈阳市在内的我国一些主要工业城市,都不同程度地出现地面水中含酚浓度过高的问题。

【Abstract】 The present work was carried out to investigate the effect of phenol on the respiratory center of the isolated fish’s head by a perfusion method.By means of this method the water quality could be evaluated for the detection of polluted water.Experiments were performed ia the common carps.Some experimental results are as follows:1.The respiratory center of the isolated fish’s head is very sensitive to the perfused phenol-containing fluid.This method is very convenient and reliable.Thus it is a good model for detecting polluted water.2.The respiration of isolated carp’s head is not influenced by 0.001 mg/L phenol-containing fluid,so this concentration may be regarded as a water quality criterion for phenol.3.The respiration of isolated carp’s head is strongly depressed in rate by 0.005 mg/L phenol.4.The respiration of isolated carp’s head is more depressed in rate by 0.01 mg/L phenol.This suggests that the water quality criteria for,phenol now in common use in our country should be reexamined or readjusted.
