四种鹿的染色体组型

【摘要】 <正> 青鹿(Ccrvus canadensis macneilli Lydekker)又称“白臀鹿”。是产在我国西藏、新疆和青海交界处及甘肃西部的一种大型鹿,它是马鹿的一个亚种。东北马鹿(Cervus canadesisxanthopygus Milne-Edwards)也是马鹿的一个亚种,产在西伯利亚东南部、蒙古东部和我国的东北。爪哇鹿(Cervus timoriensis timoriensis Blainville)产于西印度群岛的摩鹿加、爪哇等岛,是鬣鹿的一个亚种。日本梅花鹿(Cervus nippon nippon Temminck)产自日本列岛。日本梅花鹿的染色体组型据1968年报道为2n=66、67;其余三个亚种(青鹿、东北马鹿和爪哇鹿)的染色体组型目前未见报道。

【Abstract】 The karyotypes of Kansu wapiti (Cervus canadensis macneilli),Java sambar (Cervus timoriensis timoriensis),northeastern wapiti (Cervus canadensis xqnthopygus),and Japanese sika deer (Cervus nippon nippon) in Beijing Zoo were investigated by the method of hemoculture.The chromosome number of Kansu wapiti,Manchurian wapiti and Japanese sika deer was found to be 2n = 68.All of them had 2 metaeentric and 64 acrooentrie autosomes.Their X chromosome appeared to be the largest acrocen-tric,the Y chromosome of Kansu wapiti and northeastern wapiti to be the smallest submetacentric and that of sika deer was also the smallest one but its centric region could not be identified.The Java sambar appeared to have a chromosome number of 2n = 60.10 metaeentric and 48 acrocentric autosomes were observed.The X chromosome of this species was the largest actocentrie and the Y chromosome appeared to be one of the smallest acrocentrics and was not easily identified.
