一种抗血栓、高抗撕、透明医用硅橡胶的研制

【摘要】 本文设计了一种同时提高通用硅橡胶的抗血栓性及抗撕强度的简便方法,结果制得了抗血凝性约为普通硅橡胶2.6倍,抗撕强度稳定在42—47kg/cm之间的透明硅橡胶。并用这种硅橡胶制成了血泵泵管,动、静脉插管,腹膜渗析管及人工肝人工肺与眼外科用的硅橡胶薄膜等。为了查明所设计的结构的建立情况,研究了在硅橡胶中引入HEMA后的硫化动力学,拍摄了相应的硫化胶样的红外光谱及电子显微镜照片,并对所得结果进行了讨论,表明设计达到预期的效果。

【Abstract】 A simple approach is utilized to improve both blood compatibility and tearing strength of transparent silicone rubber. The tearing strength of the novel blending compound is stable in the range of 42—47 kg/cm and the hemocompatibility is 2.6 times that of the usual silicone rubber. We prepared a series of products for medical use with these pump-tubings of the artificial heart, arterial and venous cannulae, peritoneal catheters etc. We also used it as membrane material for artificial liver, artificial lung and eye surgery. Electron microscopy and IR spectra studies were performed to investigate the earing kinetics and its silicone micro-structural effects when HEMA is introduced into it. Good results were obtained as expected.
