醋酸棉酚引起低钾症的初步研究

【摘要】 为了解醋酸棉酚是否会引起细胞内、外低钾,建立了火焰光度计测定红细胞内、外钾的方法,并用于临床,发现3例因服醋酸棉酚而致低钾者,在低钾软瘫期内,其红细胞内、外钾均下降而尿钾升高,表明其可能为肾性失钾。在动物实验中,部分服棉酚豚鼠,于静脉给钾后,血浆钾仍无明显上升,与对照组差别显著。这表明棉酚影响体钾运转,其机理可能与药物对细胞膜上离子泵(Na~+-K~+·ATP酶)的影响有关。

【Abstract】 A simple method for measurement of ( K+ ) i and ( K+ ) e of RBC with a fl’ame-photometer was devised and introduced into clinical use. With this method, ( K+ ) i and (K+)e of RBC found to be decreased and urinary K excretion increased during the hypokalemic mysthenia period in three cases recieving gossypol for antifertility purpose. It was possible that a low level of potassium in plasma and RBC was caused by potassium loss via renal pathway. When potassium (KC1) was infused i.v. into guinea-pigs pretrea-ted with gossypol, the plasma K+ in 3 out of 9 animals did not rise as they rose in the control and the other 6 pretreated guinea-pigs. Results showed that gossypol influenced the transport of body K+ and caused a renal potassium loss.
