豚鼠潜在的类疱疹病毒的研究

【摘要】 <正> 1969年Hsiung等从豚鼠的组织培养中诱导分离出豚鼠类疱疹病毒。1973年我们用豚鼠骨髓细胞培养时,发现一种对该细胞和兔肾细胞有致病活性的病毒——豚鼠类疱疹病毒。

【Abstract】 In 1969, Hsiung and Kaplow induced and separated a herpes-like virus from tissue culture of guinea-pig and called it herpes-like virus of guinea-pig.In 1973, in testing bone marrow culture of guinea-pig, a virus, pathogenic to this culture cell and kidney cell of rabbit, was found. It was identified to be a herpes-like virus of guinea-pig.
