【摘要】 本文介绍本院20例高选择性迷走神经切断术的手术方法、注意问题、以及手术前后胃酸分泌的变化。术后无死亡。术后胃酸分泌显著下降。作者认为本手术是一种可供实用的治疗十二指肠溃疡方法之一。文中还观察了木后 10～60个月中的复发情况,远期疗效有待观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 20 cases of highly selective vagotomy in Capital Hospital ( 1975-1979 ) were reported. The operation was described in details and important points mentioned. There was no operative death. The gastric secretory findings showed significant changes after operation ( BAO 6.5,MAO 21.7 before operation and BAO 1.1, MAO 4.6 mEq/hour ( X ) after operation) .Follow-up studies. All patients were interviewed after operation, the follow-up time being 10-60 months. The method of grading the clinical results was a simplification of Visick grading system. Sixteen patients were graded Ⅰ and Ⅰ . Two patients had recurrent ulcer 12-24 months after the operation as confirmed by gastroscopy. The cause of recurrence should be further investigated. Their serum gastrin levels were higher than those in the other cases.更多还原
