赤霉素对高体器官脱落的影响

【摘要】 用大叶黄杨(Euonymus japonica Thumb.)带叶柄茎切段和棉花幼苗带子叶柄茎切段作材料,测定了赤霉素对离体器官脱落的影响。赤霉素显著地促进了叶柄的脱落。在一定范围内,浓度愈大效果愈明显。赤霉素对乙烯的释放没有直接影响;但促进了呼吸强度。在培养基中加葡萄糖可以缓和赤霉素的作用。就赤霉素对整体植株和离体器官离层形成影响的差异性进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The effect of gibberellin on abscission of petiole of Euonymus japonica stem segment and cotton seedling segment was studied. The results showed that application of GA3 caused a marked increase in abscission of petioles. The effect was prominent in a definite range with the increase of the concentration. GA3 had no direct effect in stimulating ethylene production but it induced an increase of respiration. Abscission of petioles was decreased by the addition of glucose into the culture medium. The difference of GA3 effect in both intact plant and explant has been discussed.
