在淡水和海水中大米草(Spartina anglica Hubbard)种子萌发及其游离氨基酸成分的比较

【摘要】 本试验比较了大米草种子在淡水和海水中萌发及其幼苗生长的速度,结果表明,在海水中种子的萌发及幼苗生长速度均不如淡水。同时测定了大米草种子萌发过程中17种游离氨基酸,其含量绝大部分随着萌发的进程而不断增加。种子中不含酪氨酸和苏氨酸,萌发后出现。同一萌发时期在海水中的胚乳含有脯氨酸,而淡水中则不含脯氨酸。

【Abstract】 This paper is the first report on amino acid composition of Spartina anglica seed during the germination in fresh and sea water. Seventeen kinds of free amino acids of seed were determined, the contents in most of them were enhanced constantly following the process of germination. Tyrosine and threonine were not contained in the seed, but they appeared during germination. At the same stage of germination, proline was found from the endosperm of seed in sea water, but it was not found in those seeds in fresh water (Tab. 2), and the possible effect of proline during germination has been discussed. In addition, this study also showed that the germination rate of seeds and that of seedling growth in sea water were Iower than those in fresh water (Fig. 1, Tab. 1).
