【Abstract】 A child’s heart with a left single coronary artery was observed. The single coronary artery has only a short stem and divides into a right and a left branch. The former divides further into a transverse branch and a descending branch. The transverse branch follows the course of the left conus artery and the right coronary artery. The descending branch follows the course of the anterior descending artery. The left branch of the single coronary artery follows the course of the left circumflex artery.The variation in patterns, their frequency, causes and clinical significance were discussed.更多还原
