亚毫米波法布里-珀罗干涉仪的研制
Investigation of SMM Wave Fabry—Perot Interferometer
【摘要】 作者采用光刻技术制成的金属栅网作为反射器构成的法布里——珀罗干涉仪,可用于100微米至1000微米波长范围的亚毫米波作波长测量.干涉仪的Q 值的实验测量结果与理论计算值在同一数最级内.以波长为336.6微米的HCN 激光器的输出谱线作参考,波长测量的精度优于0.1%.
【Abstract】 A Fabry-Perot interferometer has been constructed for the measurement ofsubmillimeter wavelength in the region of 100μm—1000μm.The measured Qvalue of interferometer is same order of magnitude as calculated value.Theaccuracy of wavelength measurement of this interferometer is better than 0.1%with the wavelength of stronger line 336.6μm of HCN laser as the referencespectral line.
