水稻品种抗瘟性遗传的研究
STUDIES ON INHERITANCE OF BLAST RESISTANCE IN RICE VARIETIES
【摘要】 <正> 我们为培育新的抗病丰产品种,通过1976—1979年品种(系)抗稻瘟病鉴定,筛选出一批抗瘟性强的品种(系),粳稻品种中有Pi1、取手1、BL3、峰光、南65等。为了把这些国内外抗瘟品种的抗性导入原有的抗瘟性较弱的丰产品种,在抗病品种与丰产品种间进行杂交,并选用我国粳稻区的稻瘟病菌系对亲本及杂种后代进行鉴定,以分析控制抗性的遗传状况,为进一步利用抗源与选育新品种提供资料。
【Abstract】 A set of resistant varieties to rice blast showed high resistance to fungus strains ZD1 and PG1. Another set of high yielding varieties were susceptible or moderate susceptible to the fungus strains mentioned above except Jing Yu l and Jing Xi 17 with resistance to fungus strain PG1.The F2 population crossed by resistant varieties and high yielding ones showed different resistance to fungus strains ZD1 and PG1 according to their parent resistability.For ZD1,F2 population of crosses with the donors of Pi 1, Toride 1 and BL3 segregated into 15∶1. It showed that there were two dominant genes for resistance in these donors.For PG1, a ratio of 3∶1 was obtained in same material. It indicated that there is one dominant gene controlling resistance to PG1. F2 population of crosses, involving donor Minehikari, segregated into 3∶1. That showed one dominant gene for ZD1.F2 population, crossed between the resistant variety Nan 65 and middlelate Jing Yuc 1, segregated into 15∶1 for two fungus strains. F2 population,0 crossed between Nan 65 and middle early varieties Jing Feng 2 and Jing Xi 17, segregated 63∶1 for same fungus strains. These results might be caused by the additive effect of multiple genes.
