水稻花期低温冷害的气象指标与机理

【摘要】 <正> 在水稻的生育过程中,由于低温危害而导致减产的现象,不仅发生在北方寒冷地区,也发生在温带、热带地区。如澳大利亚、孟加拉、哥伦比亚、印度、秘鲁以及我国台湾省和美国也都发生过冷害.因此,研究水稻冷害的发生规律,不育及不结实的生理机理,已成为当前世界性的课题。

【Abstract】 The Japanese rice North 46 sensitive to lower temperature was used as the test material. The objective of this study is to elucidate the changes in the percentage of empty grain and the physiological causes in the formation of abortive grains by the chilling in lower temperature at the blooming stage of rice.The results showed that as temperature decreased the proportion of empty grains of rice plant increased. There was a positive correlation between the amount of empty grains and the dysgenesis of the flower glume. The physiological causes of the dysgenesis of glume by the chilling injury at blooming stage of rice weer the inhibition of both the germination of pollen grains and the development of pollen tube as wellas as the opening of the rice flower.The relation between the level of chilling injury and the percentage of empty grains depended on the climatic type of chilling.Diurual maximum temperature of 27℃ was the lowest limit of suitable temperature for anthesis and pollination.
