【Abstract】 Since Feb. 1973 we have used the BY-Ⅱ type cryotherapeutic instrument and have accomplished a series of cryoexperiment on animals.Our procedures are as following:1. We applied with different method of cryogenitics and in different interval of time to dog and rabbit’s lips, tongues and skins. At the some time we measured the local temperature immediatly.2. When these parts were rewarmed, then we took the specimens for histologic studies in 10 mins, 3 days and 14 days separately.We found the results were very valuable to the clinical applied of cryotherapy.From Feb. 1974 to May 1980 we begun to used liquid nitrogen as cryogenics in the treatment of benign and early malignant lesions of the oral cavity or maxillofacial parts in 516 cases, and a satisfactory result was obtained.更多还原
