【摘要】 <正> 一、前言电真空器件的性能和寿命与管内气氛密切相关。管内的有害气体和杂质气体要减少到尽可能低的程度,因而选用各种类型的吸气剂来得到较为满意的真空气氛。钡吸气剂由于制造简单,价格低廉,吸气性能良好,在电真空器件中应用,管内真空度通常可提高1~2个数量级。可是,钡吸气剂蒸散后,因钡吸气剂会释放出一定量的氩

【Abstract】 Barium getter has been widely used in electron-vacuum devices.This make it available and economic to set up and maintain a good vacuum in this devices.However,while barium getter is being evaporated,a lot of argon will be freed from the getter.In addition,the barium film will continue to free some argon after sorbing other active gases.The argon will some- times become the main residual gas in devices.Because of the lower activity,argon will stay in the devices for a long time.When a electron ray in devices,the ions of argon which are heavier,will bombard the cathode.The cathode will be damaged by sputtering because of active material.Thus,it is important to reduce the amount of argon in the devices. The influence of different outgassing technology and evaporating treatment etc.on the amount of argon has been investigated in the paper.Evaporating getter film are outgassing at 200℃ for a half hour,the partial pressure of argon will continue to fall in from 9.7×10-8 torr to 1.2×10-8 torr.Under the ionization with producing ion of argons,its cleaning rate will also go fast.
