【摘要】 测定胃癌及非胃癌病人血清 LDH 总活力,证明对胃癌诊断价值不大。血清 LDH 同工酶的测定似有一定价值,半数以上患者 LDH₃、LDH₄、LDH₅ 增加。胃液 LDH 总活力测定对胃癌诊断有显著意义。胃溃疡为4.0±2.5单位,慢性胃炎为7.7±3.6,胃癌为83.1±19.3单位。胃液 LDH同工酶对胃癌诊断特异性更高,可以反映胃癌组织 LDH 同工酶谱特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 In patients with cancer and non-cancerous diseases of stomach,determination of total serum LDH was shown to be of doubtful value,but that of serum LDH isoe- nzyme was of some value.In gastric cancer patients a significant rise in the level of iso-LDH₃,iso-LDH₄ and iso-LDH₅ has been reported.Using the same technic,we have determined the total activities of LDH in gastric juice of 15 patients with gastric cancer （83.1+19.3u）,12 chronic gastritis（7.7±3.6u）,and 10 gastric ulcer （4.0±2.5u）.All cases were verified by pathologic examinations.The results in this series appeared to be significant for diagnosis of gastric cancer.The value of LDH isoenzymes of gastric juice in cancer of the stomach was more significant.更多还原
