【Abstract】 The physiology of meridian and its role in pathol-ogy,diagnosis and treatment of diseases were stu-died,based on the traditional and morden medicaltheories and by means of experiment.The Results showed that channels and colla-terals were existentobjectively.the function of themeridian is accomplished by neuro-humor systemof the body. Meridian,nerve and humor altogether form aregulatory system which the nervous system is theprincipal one for the maintenance of the balanceand accommodation of the body to its internal andexternal environment and for the restoration of pa-thologic changes.This viewpoint is identical withthe old meridian theory that the function ofmeridian is carried out depending upon essentials,energy and spirit.更多还原
