石吊兰素类似物的合成及其抗结核活性

【摘要】 <正> 石吊兰素是从苦苣苔科Gesneriaceca植物吊石苣苔Lysionotus paucifloua Maxim中分得的一种黄酮化合物,经鉴定其化学结构与从Iva nevadensis中分得的内华达素(Nevadensin)相同。化学名为5,7-二羟基-4′,6,8-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ)。

【Abstract】 An anti-tuberculosis agent, Nevadensin N-methyl-glucamine salt, was synthesized and proved to be more effective than Nevadensin for the treatment of tuberculosis by intramuscular injection. It has been used in clinical trials. In this article the synthesis of Nevadensin analogues was reported and seven of them were shown to have significant antituberculosis activity.
