【摘要】 王枣子(Isodon amethystoides(Benth)C Y Wu et Hsuan)是我国民间用来治疗多种炎症的有效药物。用柱层析的方法从其乙醇提取物中分离出10种化合物。化合物Ⅱ,Ⅸ,Ⅵ,Ⅳ分别鉴定为棕榈酸,umbrosin A,umbrosin B和14-acetyl-umbrosin B。化合物Ⅳ是第一次从香茶菜属植物中分离出来的天然存在的四环二萜化合物。 其余六种化合物的结构正在研究中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Isodon amethystoides (Benth) C Y Wu et Hsuan is an effective drug used for the treatment of inflammation. Ten components were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the plant with the aid of column chromatography. Four of these components have been identified as palmitic acid (Ⅱ), umbrosin A (Ⅸ), umbrosin B (Ⅵ) and 14-acetyl-umbrosin B(Ⅳ). The last one is a new ent-kaurenoid diterpene isolated from the genus of Isodon. Studies of the chemical structure of the other six components are in progress.更多还原
