四种抗寄生虫药物的诱变性的细菌检测试验

【摘要】 <正> 我们以前报道了化学诱变物的细菌检测试验,就是用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的突变菌株与大鼠肝脏微粒体组成检测系统,观察待检化学物质诱发突变菌株出现回复突变的菌落数,以判定有无诱变性(Ames法)。此后,我们用哺乳动物细胞的姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)为指标,检测化学物质的诱变性,所得结果与细菌检测法符合一致。这表明细菌检测法确可作为化学诱变物的初筛和预警系统。本实验就是用这种方法来鉴定一些常用的抗寄生虫药物和新合成的试验性药物有无诱变性。

【Abstract】 Four antiparasite agents were tested for potential carcinogenicity with the Ames Sal-monella/microsome system.The tester strains were TA98 and TA100.It was shown that two of these agents namely praziquantel and pyronaridinum gave negative results,while the other two agents,M-170 and furapromidum induced a significant increase in the frequency of back mutation and hence gave positive results.The common feature of the chemical structure of these two potential carcinogens is characterized by the presence of a nitrofuranic ring,which is also contained in several known potent mutagens.Thus,it seems necessary to screen the mutagenicity of the nitrofurans which are still used as drugs.
