【摘要】 台湾次睾吸虫(Metorchis taiwanensis Morishita,1929)和东方次睾吸虫(Metorchis orientalis Tailabe,1921)与寄生人体的华枝睾吸虫(Clono-rchis sinensis)和猫后睾吸虫(Opisthorchis,filineus)同隶于后睾科(Opis-thorchiidae Braun,1901)。本文对这两种次睾吸虫的成虫、虫卵和毛蚴的形态构造作详细描述和比较,并阐述成虫的受精囊和卵巢的长度比例及体棘的形态可作为次睾吸虫属的分类依据。这两种吸虫的虫卵和毛蚴的形态构造与后睾科的其他属的某些种类,例如华枝睾吸虫和猫后睾吸虫的虫卵和毛蚴的特征很相似,说明它们之间有密切的亲缘关系。这方面知识对于后睾吸虫系统发生问题的研究,提供了参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 A parasitological survey was conducted by examining carcases of ducks(Anas platyrhynchos domesticus,L.)collected from Fuzhou markets.Altogether 100 gall bladders were examined for Metorchis orientalis and M.taiwanensis,both of which were known to occur in the area.The in- cidence of infestation as well as the morphological differences between the two species were reported as follows: Metorchis oritalis,30 percent infestation.Total number of worms secured is 338.The intensity of infection for each duck is 1-51(average 11.27). Metorchis taiwanensis,91 percent infestation.Total number of worms secured is 1,850.The intensity of infection for each duck is 1-113(average 20.3). The occurrence of mixed infestation is 37 percent. The ratio between body length and body width for M.orientalis]is 2.99-4.49:1(average 3.8:1),for M.taiwanensis is 4.26-11.2:1(average 5.96:1). The cuticular spines afford good characters for species differentiation.Those spines from ventral surface area between oral sucker and acetabulum are comparatively broad but shorter for M.orientalis measuring 0.0170—0.0222×0.0085—0.0148 mm.with terminal denticulation 5—12 in number,while those spine of M.taiwanensis are longer and narrower,measuring 0.0187—0.1255×0.0068—0.0102 mm.,with terminal denticulations 3—6 in number. Tha testes of M.orientalis are lobed,while those of M.taiwanensis are rounded or rarely with shallow indentations.The length ratio between seminal receptacle and ovary for M.orietalis is 1—1.77:1(average 1.42:1)and for M.taiwanensis 1.35—2.957:1(average2.208:1). The seminal receptacle of the latter is larger and usually with two bends. Egg The eggs of M.orientalis measure 0.0289—0.0323×0.0144—0.0170(average 0.0306×0.0159mm.), while eggs of M.taiwanensis measure 0.0255—0.0306×0.0136—0.0170 mm.(average 0.0282×0.0157 m.).The eggs of the latter species are slightly smaller. Miracidium The miracidia of M.orientalis measure 0.0272—0.0306×0.0102—0.0136 mm.,while those of M.taiwanensis measure 0.0170—0.0253×0.0102—0.0136 mm. As indicated above the size-differences for the eggs and miracidia of these two species are very slight and insignificant for diagnostic purposes. Our observations showed that the morphology and structure of the eggs and miracidia of M.orien- talis and M.taiwanensis closely resemble each other and also those of other species of the family, Opistborchiidae Braun 1901,such as Opisthorchis felineus and Clonorchis sinensis.The similarities of these forms indicated the close phylogenetic relationship of these genera.更多还原
