小鹅瘟病毒反向间接血球凝集试验的初步报告

【摘要】 免疫球蛋白(IgG)从小鹅瘟高免血清中提取出来,吸附于固定的鹅红血球表面。吸附 IgG 的致敏红血球在小鹅瘟病毒作用下能发生特异性凝集。如果病毒样品先与特异性免疫血清混合,在37℃培养1小时,然后再与吸附 Ig 的红血球接触,则血球凝集现象即被抑制。

【Abstract】 Immunoglobulin G(IgG)was extracted from the gosling pest virus antiserum,and was adsorbed on sensitized goose red blood cells.These IgG-adsorbed red cells were found to agglutinate together when mixed with the gosling pest virus.If the virus sample was treated with the specific antiserum and was incubated 1 hour at 37℃ before mixing with the sensitized red cells,haemagglutination would be inhibited.
