【Abstract】 Immunoglobulin G(IgG)was extracted from the gosling pest virus antiserum,and was adsorbed on sensitized goose red blood cells.These IgG-adsorbed red cells were found to agglutinate together when mixed with the gosling pest virus.If the virus sample was treated with the specific antiserum and was incubated 1 hour at 37℃ before mixing with the sensitized red cells,haemagglutination would be inhibited.更多还原
