液体石蜡发酵生产琥珀酸的研究——Ⅰ.菌种的筛选和诱变
FERMENTIVE PRODUCTION OF SUCCINIC ACID FROM LIQUID N-PARAFFIN BY CANDIDA RUGOSA Ⅰ. SCREENING AND INDUCED MUTATION OF THE MICROORGANISMS
【摘要】 通过对703株酵母菌的筛选,得到了三株产琥珀酸在1%以上的菌株,对其中的S19进行了诱变处理,从而得到了产琥珀酸最高的SB-7,该菌发酵液中琥珀酸含量达4.43%。发酵产物经分离提纯,得到无色结晶物质,经纸层析,熔点测定和1H 250 MHz核磁共振分析,证明是琥珀酸。
【Abstract】 During the screening of 703 strains of microorgamisms, three strains of yeast were found to be capable of producing succinic acid from liquid n-paraffin, and the yield was more than 1%. The S19 strain was chosen among them as a parent for mutation The mutant, SB-7 strain, showed the highest yield (4.43%) of succinie acid in n-paraffin medium. The product isolated and purified from culture broth of SB-7 strain is colorless crystal. The paper chromatograpic behavior, melting point and 1H 250 MHz NMR of this crystal coincided with those of authentic succinic acid.
