从野鸭中分离到两种血凝素抗原新类型的甲型流感病毒
ISOLATION FROM WILD DUCKS INFLUENZA GROUP OF VIRUSES:TWO TYPE A VIRUSES WITH NEW HEMAGGLUTININ
【摘要】 本文报道了从17种不同品种野鸟的207分标本中,血凝阳性的27份中24份为甲型流感病毒,1份为副流感Ⅰ型病毒,2份为NDV。而在24份甲型流感病毒中,有2份其血凝素是新类型的,暂将它们命名为:甲/京科/150/78(Havx Nav6)和甲/京科/62/78(Havy Nav6)。证实了在我国野鸟中流感病毒的分布是极复杂的,在同一时间,地点和同一群野鸭中可分离到各种不同类型的甲型流感病毒,说明在自然条件下流感病毒双重感染和重组的可能。同时证实了盲传能大大提高阳性的分离率,有利于克服标本的污染问题。此外并对本文结果与人类甲型流感病毒新亚型起源之间可能关系进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 In the present paper, isolation of 27 influenza group of viruses among 207 sample from 17 different species of wild birds. Among these, 24 were influenza virus type A, one, Parainfluenza Virus type 1, and 2, New Castle Disease Viruses. It is specially to be noted that 2 of the Influenza type A strains contained new hemagglutin antigens. These have designated as A/Duck/Peking/150/78 (Havx Nav6) and A/Duck/Peking/62/78 (Havy Nav6) respectively.In this paper, it was also pointed out that the distribution of influenza virus is varied in different wild birds in this country and that the diversity of Influenza A virus subtypes isolated even from a single group of wild ducks at the same time and from the same place. This suggests the possibility of double infection in the same bird and recombination in the wild ducks under natural conditions. Besides, our results further showed that blind passages are always necessary for isolating of influenza group of viruses from wild ducks and to eliminate the contaminating bacteria. Finally, the possible bearing of the results obtained to the origin of new subtypes of human influenza virus is discussed.
