30 QSOs with Z < 1, weak radio radiation and more than two forbidden lines, and 16 non-violently active ISy's are selected. Apparent magnitude-redshift figures of the objects of two kinds are compared. Consequently, it is found that both of them possess very high correlationship separately on Hubble diagrams and that there isn't continuity between them, showing that the guess that these two kinds of object may be the same seems incorrect.
