【Abstract】 1. The rate of release and integrated function of serum CPK activity of 15 patients with acute myocardial infarction were studied. They all survived during hospitalization. The size of infarcton calculated by Shell’s method, had an average value of 27.3±10.6 and by Robert’s methods 20.1±8.9 CPK-G-Eq in 12 cases studied.2. The changes of serum CPK activity in 15 cases may be classified into two types. In 7 cases the curves of E(t) appear as mono-exponential, and in others, the second waves which may be attributed to the natural evoluation of myocardial infarction reperfusion of coronary artery, interference of non-cardial CPK and the effect of therapeutic intervention including drugs appear before and/or after the main peak altitude. The problem of "reperfusion" was discussed in detail.3. Kd value of serum E(t) was individualized in 12 cases obtaining a mean value of 0.00081±0.000031 min calculaed with Norris method. Individualized Kd under these conditions showed that the f(t) did not approach to zero in several cases. Possibly that the merit of individualized Kd by Norris method is still obscure and disputed.
