【Abstract】 This paper reported our experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of 60 cases of atrophic gastritis. According to the symptoms and signs, type of pulse and the fur on the tongue of the patients, atrophic gastritis was classified into five types: spleen-stomach weakness (脾胃虚弱); liver-stomach deficiency of yin (insufficiency of body fluid) (肝胃阴虚); liver-stomach incoordination (肝胃不和); spleen-stomach damp-heat (脾胃湿热) and phlegm-turbidity blockage (痰浊中阻). All the diagnoses were further confirmed by gastroscopic examination, and treatment of these cases with traditional medicinal herbs was found to yield satisfactory results after two months’ follow-up observation.更多还原
