【Abstract】 On the basis of clearing up diseased tissues as thoroughly as possible, reconstruction of the tympano-ossicular system was carried out in 22 cases during and after attic operation or radical mastoidectomy, the aim of which consisted chiefly in preserving the "bridge" or reconstructing a "bridge". In addition, reconstruction of the lateral attic wall, the mucous membrane of the tympanic cavity and ossicular chain was also indicated in some cases. As for reconstructing a new ear drum, the authors have had the skin graft elevated from the inner wall of the tympanic cavity or the temporal fascia. In 17 of the 22 cases so treated, the hearing ability improved significantly.更多还原
