滴注式气氛渗碳的碳势控制
CARBON POTENTIAL CONTROL OF THE DRIP FEED TYPE ATMOSPHERE CARBURIZATION
【摘要】 本文阐述在井式渗碳炉上,以甲醇—煤油作滴注剂,采用红外线CO2法及红外线CO2—CH4二元法控制炉气碳势技术的实验研究。根据研究结果及工业应用情况,比较了两种控制方法的特点。论述了CO2一元控制法除自动控制炉气中CO2在一定范围內以外,还要求有熟练的操作技术,注意调节甲醇与煤油的滴量比例,以保证炉气成份CO、H2、CH4的稳定性。该方法碳势控制范围以0.7~0.9%C最佳。若在高碳势下渗碳,因CH4值增加与不稳定,碳势波动较大。而CO2—CH4二元控制碳势法,由于控制了炉气中的CO2与CH4值,因此比一元控制法更为合理,可控范围较宽,提高了碳势控制精度,是一个很好的控制方法。
【Abstract】 This Paper describes the test and study on the technique of controlling the carbon potential of furnace atmosphere by the ultra-red ray CO2 method and ultra-red rey CO2-CH4 binary method on the shaft type carburizing furnace with methanol and kerosene as drip feed agents.According to the research result and the state of industrial application, the characteristics of these two control methods are compared. It is pointed out that the CO2 men.control method, aside from the automatic control of CO2 in the furnace atmosphere within a fixed limit, also requires skilled operation technique. In order to ensure the stability of the CO, H2, CH4 composition of furnace atmosphere, attention shoutd be paid to regulate the drip quantity proportion between methanol and keros.ene. It is best to set the controlling range of carbon potential of this method at 0.7-0.9% C.If the earburization is carried out under high carbon potential, due to increase of CH4 value and its unstability, the fluctuation of carbon potential will be quite large. Whereas the CO2-CH4 binary carbon potential control method,owlng to the fact that it can control the CO2 and CH4 values in the furnace atmosphere, is more rational than the moncontrol method and provides wider controllable range. It also improves the precision of carbon potential control, hence may be regarded as arather fine control method.
