“莫来石—堇青石质匣钵”显微结构的初步研究

【摘要】 本文主要是利用偏光显微镜和超薄光薄片并紧密结合匣钵的制造工艺,对景德镇市多年来一直在陶瓷生产上大量使用的“莫来石—堇青石质匣钵”进行了显微结构的研究,发现这种匣钵材料的主晶相是堇青石,次晶相是刚玉和莫来石,并发现其中各晶相成团聚状分布;另外在磨制超薄光薄片过程中,发觉其结构较疏松。最后文中还对团聚状分布结构的产生,提出了工艺方面的初步看法。

【Abstract】 The main point of this paper lies in the research on the microstructure of the mullite—cordierite sagger, which has been used in the production of Jingdezhen ceramic industry in large quantities for many years, by means of a polarization microscope with ultrathin section together with close connection of the process in the sagger manufacture。Pointed out in this paper are that the main crystalline phase of the described sagger material is cordierite and its subcrystalline phases are α—Al2O3and mullite and that the various crystalline phases in the above—mentioned sagger material takes the shape of aggregate distribution. In addition to this, in theprocess of preparing the ultrathin section one can find the sagger structure to be in a loose state。 Finally, a point of view has been made by the auther about the course of producing aggregate distribution。
