【Abstract】 Two different methods are presented in this paper. One is to simulate doctor’sexperience based on fuzzy sets theory. The other is the so-called maximum likelihoodmethod in probability statistics. 1 Both methods were tested and verified in more than one thousand cases ofcommon acute abdominal pain that have been diagnosed by operation or finalclinical diagnosis. The results show that the accuracy of simulating the doctor’smethod is as high as 97.7% while the probability statistics method only 91.2%.更多还原
