热管空气预热器在炼厂园筒炉上的应用研究

【摘要】 本文就园筒炉上如何应用热管空气预热器进行了可行性研究。从总体布置、设计原则、具体结构等作了分析和研究。设计了一个在运转中可随意拆换、清洗热管的结构,便于对热管工业筛选和寿命考察。自1980年10月投用以来,因生产方案变动,标定是在设计负荷的40~80%下进行。炉热效率从71~74%上升到89%(包括前置的翅片管换热器),烟气温降从255℃降到173℃,空气温升由10℃升至132℃,烟侧阻力2~3mmH↓2O,冷热二侧封隔良好。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of application of heat pipe to heat recovery of flue gas from cylindrical heater, overall arrangement, design principle and detailed structure etc. are discussed. A special design mounted outside the heater can facilitate the removal and exchange of different kinds of heat pipes when the heater is onstream. It is therefore very convenient for the research work.A commercial heat pipe used for air preheating was mounted on top of the convection section of heater. Even at the level of 40-80% of design capacity the heat efficiency of heater increases from 71-74% up to 89%, the flue gas temperature decreases from 255℃down to 173℃, air temperature increases from 10℃ up to 132℃,resistance at gas side was 2-3mm H2O, sealing between hot and cold side is better.
