岩石可钻性数据的处理方法——中位数法

【摘要】 <正> 一、概况 岩石可钻性是岩石被钻穿的难易程度,表现了岩石在钻井过程中的一种综合性质,由于这种性质是用与实际钻井原理相似的微型钻头试验得出来的,对实际工作具有相当的参考价值。根据岩石可钻性对所钻地层进行分级分类工作,便可作为实际工作中选用钻头类型,制定技术定额等提供地质依据。国外有的厂家已将微钻速直接用于初选钻头,予测钻头工作指标与估计成本等方面。根据我国各油田岩心试验结果的统计分析,发现岩石可钻性服从
【Abstract】 Processing method of drillability data obtained from drilling core samples is discussed on the basis of sampling distribution. Extreme values should be discarded to obtain a standard deviation less than fifteen percent, where the sample meaa can be taken as an allowable representative value of the samples For non-homogeneous rock samples, the distribution median (0.5 quantile) is a better estimate than the sample mean. Applications of the sample median to find formation drillablity, analyze bit performance and specify drill bit rating are discussed.
