磺化酞菁钴—活性炭固定床法脱除煤油中硫醇的初步研究

【Abstract】 A process for treating sour kerosene is proposed. The kerosene mixed with air is passed through a fixed bed of charcoal supported cobalt phthalocya-nine catalyst in an alkaline environment at a liquid hourly space velocity of 3, resulting in the oxidation of mercaptans to disulfides. This treatment can reduce mercaptan content from 345 ppm to 16 ppm. Prewashing of kerosene with a dilute sodium hydroxide solution may increase the catalyst life. Regeneration of catalyst is effected by blowing air at 400℃ for 3 hours. Preparation of the said catalyst is also presented.
