支原体膜的结构与功能 Ⅰ.支原体膜上ATPase基本性质的研究
THE STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION OF MYCOPLASMA MEMBRANE Ⅰ. STUDIES ON THE PROPERTIES OF MEMBRANE-BOUND ATPASE OF MYCOPLASMA GALLISEPTICUM
【摘要】 以鸡败血症支原体为材料,研究阳离子、pH、温度、底物、抑制剂等对膜上ATPase活性的影响。结果表明鸡败血症支原体膜上ATPase是被Mg2+激活,而不被K+ Na+激活,乌巴碱不能抑制。除Mg2+外,Mn2+、Co2+、Zn2+对该酶都有不同程度的激活作用,Ca2+则略有抑制作用。鸡败血症支原体膜的ATPase pH适应范围较广,对温度有较高的耐受力。几种线粒体内膜上ATPase复合体的抑制剂如寡霉素、DCCD等对鸡败血症支原体膜上ATPase都无抑制作用。与线粒体、细菌的ATPase的性质进行了比较和讨论。
【Abstract】 The cation requirement, pH and heat stability, substrate specificity and effect of inhibitors on M. gallisepticum were studied. Results show that ATPase of M. gallisepticum is stimulated by Mg2+, but not by Na+ and K+. Mg2+ can be replaced by Mn2+, Co2+, and Zn2+ to a various extent, but not by Ca2+. Ca2+ shows somewhat a slight inhibition effect. ATPase of M. gallisepticum has a comparatively wide pH range and is more stable to heat. Some inhibitors for mitochondrial ATPase complex, i.e. oligomycin, and DCCD, have no effect on M. gallisepticum ATPase. The structure and function of ATPase of M. gallisepticum are discussed in comparison with those of mitochondria and bacteria.
