三种鼠兔血清蛋白和血红蛋白的电泳比较——高原鼠兔分类地位的探讨

【摘要】 <正> 鼠兔属(Ochotona)为青藏高原兽类的重要类群之一,近年来对它的研究较多,不仅发现了若干新种,而且作了一些分类订正。不少学者,将高原鼠兔(O.cvrzoniaeHodgson)独立为一个种(Rypeeb 1964,钱燕文、冯祚建1974;郑昌琳1979)。亦有一些学者把它作为达乌尔鼠兔亚种的如Allen、张荣祖以及持怀疑态度

【Abstract】 The plateau mouse-hare Ochotona curzonicae is a dominant species in the Qinghai-Xizang ( Tibet ) Plateau and its systematic positon has so far been argued whether it is a subspecies of O.daurica or an independent species, due to the morphological differences being not so conspicuous. Therefore we used the electrophoretic method to analyse the differences in serum protein and hemoglobin of the two mouse-hares in order to clear up this problem. An unquestionable species O.cansus were used as a control. Polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis and starch gel elctrop-horesis were used.The results obtained are as follows;1. By polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of serum protein,the serum in O.cnrzonjcae were separated into 18 components,but in O,daurica and O.cansus there were only 15 separated components and two "blank" zones were appeared, one behind the albumin band and the other behind the tra-nsferrin band.By starch gel electrophoresis, O.cansus was differring from the other two by a clear pro-albumin band.2. In O.cansus hemoglobin was separated into 5 components bydisc electrophoresis.In O.curzonicae was generally separated into 4 components, but in O.daurica only 2 components and no secondary components appeared.Starch gel electrophoretic resolving power is lower than that of disc electrophoresis, so that no minor components of hemoglobin were resolved.3. Among the 11 different characters on the two electrophoretic p-atterns of serum protein and hemoglobin, only one similar character was found between O.curzonicae and O.daurica, but 10 different ones.For the other two species O.cansus and O.daurica there were 4 similar and 7 different characters between their protein patterns (table 3 ).4. From the above analyses, O.curzonicae is more close to the unquestionable species O.cansus than to the generally considered as sibling spepecies O.daurica, so that it must be an valid species rather a subspecies of O.daurica
