从舍蝇复眼ERG光谱敏感性的测定对R1-6和R7、8网膜细胞产生的敏感峰的鉴别

【摘要】 <正> 蝇类复眼的每个小眼包含8个小网膜细胞,其中6个为周围小网膜细胞(R1-6,2个为中央小网膜细胞(R7、8)。细胞内记录、微电极定位以及微分光度技术等方法证明,R1-6的光谱敏感曲线(Sλ)有两个敏感峰(480—500nm和344—370nm)。R7有三类Sλ,其中两类呈单峰,λmax分别在440—470nm或350nm左右,另一类更常见的呈双峰,即在一个网膜细胞,这两个峰同时可记录到。R8也有对蓝光敏感(λmax在440nm左右),或黄绿光敏感(λmax在520nm左右)的两类Sλ。由于蝇复眼R1-6的
【Abstract】 1. Multiple-peaked S_λ curve of dark-adapted red eye of housefly (Musca domesitica vicina) was determined by choosing different criterion sizes of ERG. At low criterion sizes (0.2-0.5 my) the S_λ shows three peaks respectively at 488, 517 and 358 nm (488>517>358) and an additional shoulder at 623 nm. When the criterion size was increased to 1.5-3.0 my, the 488 peak decreased more than 517 peak, and there is some broading of the S_λ curve in the blue-green region. At still higher size(4-5 mv), the spectral peak is shifted to 517 nm, and the relative sensitivities of the blue region (426-458 nm) are increased.The spectral sensitivities of ERG of dark-adapted Drosophila (wild red eye and mutant while eye) were also measured and compared with the results of Musca.2. During adaptation to orange light (579 nm), the S_λ of the blue-green region was depressed even more than that due to violet light (405 nm). The relative sensitivity at 623, however, showed considerable increase in both these adapting lights but was depressed by a 630 nm adapting light.3. The changes of the spectral peaks determined with the use of different criterion sizes and due to adaption to different monochromatic lights were discussed in regard to contribution of different types of retinula cell of the ommatidum to the compound ERG.
