青蛙视顶盖传出纤维的研究
STUDIES ON THE EFFERENT PATHWAYS OF THE TECTUM OF FROG (RANA NIGROMACULATE)
【摘要】 使用神经退变技术和Ebbessen-Heimer法染色研究了青蛙视顶盖传出纤维的终止区。观察到下列结果:1.青蛙视顶盖传出纤维下行,通过延髓达到脊髓白质的两侧及腹部,同时也达到前角的运动细胞。2.在小脑中也观察到传出纤维的末梢。3.上行的传出纤维通过前顶盖、间脑。在间脑的Bellonci核和外膝体中也有传出纤维末梢。4.视顶盖传出纤维还达到对侧顶盖半球。
【Abstract】 The efferent pathways of the tectum of frog were studied by axonal degenerating technique and stained by Ebbesson-Heimer method. The results obtained are as follows:1. The efferent fibers of the frog tectum descend via the medulla oblongata to both sides and ventral lateral region of the white matter of the spinal cord. Numerous degenerating terminals are found near the ventral horn cells.2. Degenerating terminals of the efferent fibers are also observed in the cerebellum.3. The ascending efferents reach the pretectum and diencephalon, terminating in the latter in the Bellonci nucleus and lateral genicular body4. Some efferent fibers reach the contralateral tectal hemisphere.
