【摘要】 本文介绍了国产宫腔镜的操作方法和临床应用.自1976～1980年共作宫腔镜检查252例,用于诊断者186例,其中94例异常子宫出血患者中,经镜检发现近半数病例有息肉、肌瘤、粘连、畸形、癌等病变;用于探寻慢性盆腔痛、不育症、放环后副反应以及哺乳期环易脱落等情况的原因者92例,亦发现一定百分比的病变;用于手术者66例,包括宫内节育器的定位、诊断和试取,取出宫内异物,经宫腔镜作输卵管粘堵绝育等。文中对宫腔镜检的适应证、禁忌证、临床价值以及今后趋势均作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total number of 252 cases was examined by the China-made hysteroscope duringthe years of 1976—1980.Hysteroscopy was applied for the purpose of diagnosis in 186cases.94 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were found to have various diseasessuch as endometrial polyposis,myoma,adhesions,malformations and cancer.In 92cases,hysteroscopy was used to detect the causes of chronic pelvic pain,infertility,side effects after inserting the intrauterine device (IUD) and frequent expulsion of theIUD during lactation period.With the aid of hysteroscope,66 cases were operated forthe detection and removal of malpositioned IUD,removal of foreign body from theuterine cavity and non-operational sterilization by chemically induced tubal occlusion,etc.The indications,contraindications and clinical evaluation of hysteroscopy werediscussed.更多还原
