尾核刺激镇痛时家兔中央灰质灌流液内源性吗啡样物质活性的变化
CHANGES OF ACTIVITY OF ENDOGENOUS MORPHINE LIKE SUBSTANCES IN PERFUSATES OF RABBITS CENTRAL GRAY DURING CAUDATE STIMULATION PRODUCED ANALGESIA
【摘要】 <正> 刺激尾核头部可以提高痛阈,并缓解晚期癌肿引起的恶痛。纳洛酮静脉注射或中央灰质微量注射可部分阻断尾核的镇痛作用,提示镇痛机理涉及阿片受体。为进一步探讨这一问题,本文用放射受体分析法,观察刺激尾核时,家兔中央灰质灌流液中内源性吗啡样物质活性的变化。
【Abstract】 In rabbits, the activity of endogenous morphine like substances (MLS) in the perfasates of the central gray during analgesia induced by electrical stimulation of the caudate nucleus was estimated by radioreoeptor assay and expressed as competitive rate. It was found that caudate stimulation brought forth an increase in the competitive rate in the perfusates (P<0.05) accompanying the elevation of pain threshold (P<0.01). Preliminary evidences suggested that analgesia from caudate stimulation might be related in part with central gray.
