【摘要】 <正> 小鼠L783白血病是一株可移植性淋巴细胞性白血病,它起源于小鼠L6565病毒性白血病,后者的细胞内、外已证明含有C型病毒颗粒。为了探讨病毒学方面的联系,对L783白血病组织进行电子显微镜(下称电镜)观察及其无细胞提取液的致白血病活性的研究。

【Abstract】 In the vesicles of cytoplasm of the leukemio cells of the spleen, thymus and lymph nodes of L783 leukemic mice, virus particles were observed under electron microscope. Two different types of virus particle, i. e. intracisternal Type A and Type C, could be distinguished by their distribution, size and morphological characteristics. Some of Type C virus particles with typical envelope were located within cisternae. The cell free extract of L783 leukemio tissues inoculated into inbred SW1 neonatal mice induced lymphooytic leukemia in 78 days on the average. The etiological significance of these two types of virus particle in leukemia L783 and some other related tumors were discussed.
