【摘要】 <正> 头面部外伤所致的颈内动脉假性动脉瘤,可引起反复大量鼻出血,如不及时诊治,半数以上患者可因出血死亡。最近国内报道5例,其中2例死亡,3例作颈外及颈总动脉结扎治愈。我院曾收治1例,经用孤立术(Trapping)及颅内外动脉搭桥术治疗,结果满意。由于本症的正规治疗方法尚未定论,故结合文献对其诊治加以讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of false aneurysm of internal carotid artery with profuse epistaxis was reported. Its clinical manifestation and treatment were discussed. Trapping of internal carotid artery and extracranial and intracranial arterial bypass were successfully done in this case. We believe that this type of treatment might be one of the best choice for this condition.更多还原
