【Abstract】 Emodin, physion and β-sitosterol were isolated from the ether-soluble fraction of the alcoholic extract of rhizome of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. A stilbene gly-coside was found in the water-soluble fraction and its acetyl derivative was prepared. The structure of the stilbene glycoside was identified through its acetate by chemical and spectroscopic methods (IB, NME, MS), as 2, 3, 5, 4’-tetrahydroxystilbene 2-0-β-D-glucoside.更多还原
